15 Best Posts of 2015

One of my favorite things to do at the end of December is sit down and look what I've posted over the past year. (I've always done a lot of laughing at my own jokes, which is part of the reason I started this blog  I figured if I'm going to be doing it anyway, others could join me.)

I used to wait until 12 weeks to tell anyone I was pregnant, and I wish I hadn't. Here's why I'm not doing that anymore.

However much you hate going to sleep at a decent hour, I doubt you hate it as much as I do. But it's time to embark on a quest to get to bed on time, once and for all! (Or at least for a week.) Who's with me?

If we were being honest, we'd take a look in your living room closet and find each of these hilarious games about parenting  if they existed.

Silly noises, tattling, and complaining about the food... don't you wish you could send a letter like this to your kids to make them cease and desist at mealtime?

After spending a day making supplies for my 7-year-old's Minecraft birthday party, I'm glad I don't make DIY tutorials for a living. And you should be, too.

Yeah, I think my baby is smart, but acting like him for a day would be a one-way ticket to the loony bin.

From the kids jumping on the beds yelling "We're not tired yet!" to dragging them out of their exhaustion-induced comas for school on Monday morning, Daylight Savings Time is pretty much the worst.

A hilarious look at things only people in big families can relate to. Like how there's always somebody in your way walking really, really slowly.

Happy New Year, and don't forget to leave a comment telling me your favorite! Did I leave something off the list?

  2. I loved the Broadway show. And of course had a vested interest in My name is not Phil. Hello people I would not name my son Phil. I was even stupid enough that I didn't realize this would be a lifelong issue for him!
